About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Build and manage a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates through proactive outreach
- Maintain accurate recruiting records within the ATS system (Lever) and manager hiring workflows
- Streamline and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
- Use data analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Deliver a positive, candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities
- Partner with HR to support onboarding and new-hire orientation
- Manage the tracking and reporting of headcount initiatives
- Support HR initiatives and special projects that contribute to overall team objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of strategic recruiting experience (technical recruiting preferred)
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruiting tools
- Familiarity with HR fundamentals, including compliance, onboarding, and employee relations
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (Lever mentioned)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on recruiting execution
- Experience with HireRight and Paylocity is a plus
- Must be authorized and based in the United States
