About the role
- Implement marketing campaign and deliverables for CCR and the Aesthetics Journal
- Develop relationships with exhibitors and media partners
- Meet targets and utilise full marketing mix
- Develop content and features and execute full marketing campaign
- Support Editorial team and Aesthetics Membership campaign
- Write content for advertorials, news and collateral
- Support ACE and Aesthetics Awards campaigns
- Execute multiple marketing plans and smooth running of events onsite
- Create marketing collateral across online, social and email channels
- Deliver collateral via print and digital media, email, social, segmented activity
- Support marketing of digital initiatives
- Write and curate emails and e-newsletters
- Plan and execute Social Media campaigns and PPC campaigns
- Manage website to ensure engaging, up-to-date and strong on SEO
- Work with digital team on website audits
- Run mini-campaigns for digital events such as webinars
- Be main point of contact and lead on exhibitor-to-visitor marketing tools
- Reporting and analysis post-event
- Attend external events such as competitor and partner events
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing
- Acute attention to detail
- Processes, deadlines, grammar & proof reading
- Content-driven and copywriting skills
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Comfortable working with website, social scheduling and email management systems and Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Resilience, attitude and enthusiasm to support the team through busy campaigns
- Desirable: Familiarity with WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprout Social
- Desirable: Experience writing copy for event assets
- Desirable: Analytical skills
- Desirable: Proactive and drive to take campaigns further
- Desirable: Design experience, basic Canva/Adobe Express, Photoshop skills
- Desirable: Additional marketing training / qualifications
