About the role

  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent visual identity and messaging across all internal and external communications.
  • Design and produce creative assets for campaigns, presentations, proposals, events, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Translate complex ideas into engaging and visually impactful storytelling materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align creative work with strategic business and marketing goals.
  • Develop and deliver visual and multimedia content including brochures, infographics, culture posters, videos, and event collateral.
  • Oversee creative direction for marketing initiatives, ensuring originality, consistency, and alignment with brand positioning.
  • Take full ownership of planning, coordinating, and managing DVT’s participation in events, exhibitions, and campaigns (strategy, vendor management, logistics, asset production, on-site execution).
  • Support digital marketing initiatives on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other platforms with a creative-first approach.
  • Assist in managing web content updates and email campaigns, and use analytics tools to provide insights for continuous creative improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a creative marketing or brand management role, ideally in a B2B or tech environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design, multimedia, and campaign execution across multiple formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma.
  • Experience in coordinating events, exhibitions, or marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident and sociable.
  • (Desirable) Photography, illustration, or motion graphics skills.
  • (Desirable) Experience in employer branding and internal communications.
  • (Desirable) Familiarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, Google Ads).
  • (Desirable) Knowledge of web design tools (WordPress, Webflow) or basic HTML/CSS.
