About the role

  • Implement marketing campaigns and deliverables for CCR and the Aesthetics Journal
  • Develop relationships with exhibitors and media partners, meeting targets and utilising the full marketing mix
  • Support the Editorial team with Aesthetics Membership campaign and write advertorials, news and collateral
  • Support ACE and Aesthetics Awards campaigns as required
  • Execute multiple marketing plans and report to the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Create marketing collateral for online, social and email channels
  • Deliver collateral via print and digital media, email, social with segmented activity
  • Support marketing of digital initiatives and run mini-campaigns for webinars and digital events
  • Write and curate emails and e-newsletters
  • Plan and execute Social Media and PPC campaigns
  • Manage the website to ensure it is engaging, up-to-date and SEO-strong and assist with website audits
  • Be the main point of contact and lead on exhibitor-to-visitor marketing tools and manage partnerships with media, associations and suppliers
  • Play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of events onsite and attend external competitor/partner events
  • Report and analyse post-event performance

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience of the full marketing mix
  • Acute attention to detail; strong processes, deadlines, grammar & proofreading
  • Content-driven and strong copywriting skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
  • Comfortable working with website, social scheduling and email management systems
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • Resilient under pressure with drive and enthusiasm
  • (Desirable) Experience with WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sprout Social
  • (Desirable) Experience writing engaging copy for event assets (user guides, programmes, direct mail, newsletters, social and website)
  • (Desirable) Analytical mindset, proactivity and drive to grow campaigns
  • (Desirable) Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe Express, Photoshop)
  • (Desirable) Additional marketing training / qualifications
