Organize and manage all aspects of team training and certification processes
Schedule internal and external training classes, including BICSI certifications
Manage attendance, track completion, and maintain accurate records of certifications
Assign and manage job codes for team members attending training to support billing and reporting
Monitor certification expiration dates and support recertification efforts
Liaise with training vendors and certification bodies for scheduling
Provide regular status reports on team training and certification progress
Assist with administrative tasks related to workforce development
Operate equipment (scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, UTVs) and travel as required

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in training coordination, HR, or workforce development
Familiarity with certification programs (especially BICSI) preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort using spreadsheets or training tracking software
Ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required
Willingness and ability to travel as required by E2 Optics
Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and climb ladders to 20 feet
Ability to work in tight, confined spaces and demonstrate regular on-time attendance
