About the role
- Develop trusted relationships with sales, marketing, and client success leadership by educating and coaching them on best practices in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Partner closely with business leaders to deliver tailored HR solutions that align with and accelerate business priorities
- Assist with the delivery of key talent initiatives, including employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and leadership development
- Serve as a confident advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational health, helping leaders navigate complex people challenges
- Lead and support organizational design initiatives to ensure teams are structured for agility, scalability, and success
- Drive workforce planning and change management initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Leverage HR metrics and data to inform strategy, identify workforce trends, and drive solutions that enhance retention, engagement, and performance
- Support talent acquisition efforts by coaching hiring managers and partnering with recruiting to attract and retain top-tier talent
- Champion Dynatron’s culture and values through proactive communication, training, and leadership engagement
Requirements
- 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Proven ability to build credibility and educate GTM leaders and hiring managers, earning trust as a strategic HR advisor to the business
- Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Experience with workforce planning, change management, and talent strategy execution
- Data-savvy with the ability to leverage HR metrics and analytics to guide decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and creativity to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments with a growth mindset
