Serve as a confident advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational health, helping leaders navigate complex people challenges
Lead and support organizational design initiatives to ensure teams are structured for agility, scalability, and success
Drive workforce planning and change management initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders
Leverage HR metrics and data to inform strategy, identify workforce trends, and drive solutions that enhance retention, engagement, and performance
Support talent acquisition efforts by coaching hiring managers and partnering with recruiting to attract and retain top-tier talent
Champion Dynatron’s culture and values through proactive communication, training, and leadership engagement
Requirements
5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
Proven ability to build credibility and educate GTM leaders and hiring managers, earning trust as a strategic HR advisor to the business
Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Experience with workforce planning, change management, and talent strategy execution
Data-savvy with the ability to leverage HR metrics and analytics to guide decisions
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Adaptability and creativity to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments with a growth mindset
