About the role
- Launch bold, high-impact campaigns (email, events, webinars, microsites, internal comms) that turn employees into active borrowers
- Engineer seamless employee journeys—from first touch to pre-approval to keys in hand—by working across Originations and Product
- Dive into funnel data to spot friction points, unlock quick wins, and systematically boost conversion rates
- Build clever automations and repeatable processes that amplify results across every partner
- Team up with HR and Benefits leaders to push Multiply’s message deep into their orgs and drive maximum adoption
- Rapid-fire test messaging, offers, and channels to uncover breakout growth opportunities
- Codify wins into scalable playbooks that transform single-partner success into network-wide momentum
- Report to Head of GTM; focus on unlocking growth within existing company partners and driving employee engagement and loan conversion at scale
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in growth, investment banking, consulting, biz ops, product ops, or sales at a high-growth startup
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and move fast with limited resources
- A “hacky,” resourceful mindset—you’re scrappy, creative, and data-driven about getting results
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, comfortable working with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Analytical thinker with quantitative skills; comfortable diving into funnel metrics to drive decisions
- Interest in fintech, financial products, and improving financial outcomes for people
- High integrity, strong ownership, and bias to action
- Prior experience in fintech, growth, or employee benefits (nice-to-have)
- Early-stage, high-growth startup experience (nice-to-have)
- Comfort with low-code tools and building lightweight automations to streamline workflows (nice-to-have)
- Authorization to work in the United States (application asks about work authorization and sponsorship)
