Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant and coach to senior leaders across the Sales organization
Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for global Sales team members at all levels
Provide support, guidance and thought leadership on performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development
Collect and analyze data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business
Assess organizational health and effectiveness and identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies
Drive project management and execution of People programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys
Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to build and implement scalable programs and policies
Lead change management efforts and partner on organizational design and strategy as an embedded People Business Partner
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner influencing senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
2+ years directly supporting Sales leadership
Demonstrated expertise owning headcount planning and workforce management in close partnership with Recruiting, RevOps, Finance, and Sales leaders
Strong business acumen with curiosity to understand GTM business drivers
Experience with performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Skilled at analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations
Creative and resilient problem solving in ambiguous environments
Action-oriented mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver results
