About the role
- Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant and coach to senior leaders across the Sales organization
- Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for global Sales team members at all levels
- Provide support, guidance and thought leadership on performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development
- Collect and analyze data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business
- Assess organizational health and effectiveness and identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies
- Drive project management and execution of People programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys
- Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to build and implement scalable programs and policies
- Lead change management efforts and partner on organizational design and strategy as an embedded People Business Partner
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner influencing senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- 2+ years directly supporting Sales leadership
- Demonstrated expertise owning headcount planning and workforce management in close partnership with Recruiting, RevOps, Finance, and Sales leaders
- Strong business acumen with curiosity to understand GTM business drivers
- Experience with performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Skilled at analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations
- Creative and resilient problem solving in ambiguous environments
- Action-oriented mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver results
