About the role

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant and coach to senior leaders across the Sales organization
  • Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for global Sales team members at all levels
  • Provide support, guidance and thought leadership on performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development
  • Collect and analyze data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business
  • Assess organizational health and effectiveness and identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies
  • Drive project management and execution of People programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys
  • Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to build and implement scalable programs and policies
  • Lead change management efforts and partner on organizational design and strategy as an embedded People Business Partner

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner influencing senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • 2+ years directly supporting Sales leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise owning headcount planning and workforce management in close partnership with Recruiting, RevOps, Finance, and Sales leaders
  • Strong business acumen with curiosity to understand GTM business drivers
  • Experience with performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Skilled at analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations
  • Creative and resilient problem solving in ambiguous environments
  • Action-oriented mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver results
