Develop trusted relationships with sales, marketing, and client success leadership by educating and coaching them on best practices in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Partner closely with business leaders to deliver tailored HR solutions that align with and accelerate business priorities
Assist with the delivery of key talent initiatives, including employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and leadership development
Serve as a confident advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational health
Lead and support organizational design initiatives to ensure teams are structured for agility, scalability, and success
Drive workforce planning and change management initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders
Leverage HR metrics and data to inform strategy, identify workforce trends, and drive solutions that enhance retention, engagement, and performance
Support talent acquisition efforts by coaching hiring managers and partnering with recruiting to attract and retain top-tier talent
Champion Dynatron’s culture and values through proactive communication, training, and leadership engagement
Requirements
5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
