Manage and own outcomes of market research projects from commissioning to invoice.
Exceed client expectations of project delivery.
Collaborate with and support Sales and Customer Services in driving revenue growth through client relationship development that lead to referrals and repeat business.
Provide guidance and troubleshoot project challenges during fielding.
Communicate project updates and status in a responsive and consultative manner throughout the project field.
Coordinate internal resources for project support.
Administer internal customer relationship information at the project level through efficient project documentation.
Share knowledge across internal functional teams.
Requirements
2+ years of experience or related work experience
Account or client services experience is beneficial
Experience in market research strongly desired
Experience in a customer service environment desired
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of SPSS or ConfirmIt a plus.
