About the role
- Serve as VP and Director-level contact for 4-8 accounts, point-of-contact; lead/assist strategic client sessions (QBR/MBR)
- Turn business objectives into actionable channel plans, budget management and test roadmaps
- Challenge briefs and present options with risks and implications
- Oversee billing, reporting, and delivery with Account Supervisors/Managers
- Project manage dotted-line teams in media, SEO, CRO, analytics, and creative
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, QA, and project workflows
- Manage for KPI achievement in paid media, SEO, CRO, and analytics
- Assist in new business pitches, deck development, and project management
- Identify expansion opportunities and shape SOWs to protect scope/margin
Requirements
- 4–8 years digital performance marketing experience, incl. 2+ years managing teams
- Domain expertise in at least two sectors: Home Services, Healthcare, E-commerce
- Advanced affiliate marketing, lead generation, analytics, and paid media proficiency
- Strong communication, dashboarding, and project leadership (Agile, Monday.com or similar project management software)
