Position CVAUSA: Market our cardiovascular practices, capabilities, and patient populations to highlight CVAUSA as a premier partner for clinical trials.
Manage opportunities: Coordinate and track multiple incoming clinical trial opportunities, ensuring efficient review and alignment across practices.
Support feasibility: Lead the collection and submission of feasibility questionnaires, coordinating responses across sites for timely and accurate delivery.
Act as a connector: Serve as the primary liaison between external partners and CVAUSA practices, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
Drive strategy: Provide insights to leadership on pipeline trends, partnership opportunities, and sponsor engagement strategies.
Coordinate at scale: Balance multiple partnerships and opportunities across a growing, multi-site network.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in clinical trial business development, sponsor relations, and/or strategic partnerships in clinical research.
Strong understanding of industry-sponsored clinical trials, site feasibility, and study startup processes with 2+ years of experience working to help launch clinical trials.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional relationships with sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
Proven skills in coordinating multiple studies and opportunities simultaneously.
Familiarity with cardiovascular research or specialty practice networks is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to represent CVAUSA confidently with industry partners.
A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-growing, complex, national research environment.
