About the role
- Establish reporting specific to DXC and modify existing reports
- Streamline and automate processes as the business grows
- Create dashboard client reporting that provides analysis of claims history
- Extract, transform and prepare data for reporting and dashboards
- Explore and develop process improvements within the team and across the business
- Contribute to building a customer-focused service team from the ground up
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query
- Experience with Qlik and/or Sisense (Power BI and Tableau also considered)
- Experience in extracting and transforming data
- Experience automating across Microsoft applications using VBA
- Effective time management and ability to work across multiple smaller projects
- Strong ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders
- Continuous improvement and innovative thinker
- Ability to understand claims; workers' comp industry experience preferred but not required
