Manage multi-million dollar SEM budgets optimizing for long-term scale and profitability
Build, manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across Search, Display, Demand Gen, PMax, YouTube and other placements
Analyze campaign performance and onsite/funnel metrics; identify trends and provide actionable insights
Set strategy and roadmap for scaling paid acquisition campaigns efficiently
Plan and implement experiments including A/B and MVT tests to increase campaign efficiency and ROI
Recommend creative and landing page strategies and consult on optimizations
Track KPIs, ensure pacing to targets, and communicate performance and recommendations to stakeholders
Conduct regular competitive research and analysis to identify growth points
Collaborate with creative, product and other teams to achieve performance goals
Maintain partnerships with paid search ad vendors (Google & Microsoft) and stay up-to-date with industry trends
First quarter expectations: understand metrics and processes, independently manage the project, achieve target ROI, and lead an additional area of responsibility
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization
Experience with Google Display and Demand Gen; Meta experience a plus
Experience managing budgets of at least five digits per month
Autonomy and proactive problem-solving ability
Strong performance focus and ability to deliver results
Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Analytical mindset; experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Clarisights
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Experience with DSPs, paid social, native ads platforms, or Apple Search Ads is beneficial
Strategic thinker with the ability to turn complex ideas into actionable plans
Track record of successful change and project management
Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision making
