Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes across departments or functions to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas of improvement
Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive process documentation including SOPs, process maps, flow charts, and other instructional materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and customers to gather information, validate processes, and ensure accuracy of documentation; facilitate workshops and meetings as needed
Standardize documentation formats and templates to maintain consistency and ease of understanding for end users
Provide training and support to team members on newly documented processes, ensuring understanding and adherence to established procedures
Ensure that documented processes align with regulatory requirements (AS-9100), industry standards (ISO 9001), and organizational policies
Monitor KPIs to track effectiveness of process improvement efforts and make adjustments as needed
Drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the ADG organization; work across CCS functions with interlocks to NI’s business management and account management teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
> 5 years of related experience
Display a high degree of ownership and accountability
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence
Ability to establish time estimates, prioritization, and requirements for projects owned
Business process analysis, design, improvement, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to manage own workflow and multiple requests while meeting deadlines as well as responding to frequent demands from multiple customers
Business acumen and analytical capabilities; ability to use data-driven insights to make decisions and evaluate risks and opportunities
Experience with data management and visualization tools such as Tableau and Salesforce Analytics a plus
Knowledge/awareness of regulatory requirements (AS-9100) and industry standards (ISO 9001) is relevant
