Execute Business development plans by reaching out to the existing database of leads through telephone, face-to-face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking;
Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (value and volume);
Communicate effectively to manage clients’ expectations to ensure they receive a great dubizzle experience on value-added products and subscriptions to new and older (expired or cancelled) accounts;
Provide client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and provide regular performance reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention;
Regularly update the reporting dashboard to reflect all sales activities;
Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing departments for any sales-related or client-related issues;
Collect market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration;
Valid car and driving licence.
1-3 years of experience as a sales consultant in the Real Estate or similar fields;
Experience in Online Marketplaces is a plus,
Familiarity with the dubizzle website;
Basic knowledge of sales processes;
Highly computer literate and online savvy;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to deliver excellent customer experience;
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
