Account Executive

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote dubizzle products and services and convert listings into paid packages.
• Identify customer needs, listing objectives, and sales opportunities through effective probing and active listening.
• Demonstrate dubizzle products and explain package benefits clearly, tailoring offers based on customer requirements and budget.
• Drive sales conversion by recommending the most suitable package and upselling or cross-selling relevant products where applicable.
• Guide customers through payment options, explain dubizzle’s payment portfolio, and ensure successful payment processing.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently to secure customer commitment and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term engagement.
• Utilise CRM systems, scripts, and sales tools effectively to manage customer interactions and sales.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and productivity metrics while maintaining service quality.
• Follow up with leads and incomplete transactions to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
