Senior Backend Full Stack Engineer

Security Engineer

• Manage AWS Organizations, including account provisioning, SCPs, and identity boundaries.
• Own IAM for all production environments, with a focus on PIM and secure remote management.
• Design and manage cryptographic systems and key management infrastructure.
• Implement and manage WAF, network segmentation, and secure connectivity across environments.
• Build and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and resilience frameworks across SaaS and datacenter environments.
• Secure DTEX's datacenter infrastructure and hybrid connectivity (compute, storage, networking).
• Deploy and harden shared security services (artifact signing, logging, identity federation, telemetry).
• Build and maintain detection, logging, and audit pipelines for cloud and infrastructure events.
• Collaborate with SRE and Product Engineering to align infrastructure with secure-by-default principles and required standards (eg. FedRAMP, AWS Well Architected), while still focusing on enabling team velocity.
• Support compliance activities (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, PCI, HiTrust) through evidence collection and automation.
• Participate in incident response for both Corporate IT and SaaS events.
• Own vulnerability management across production and development infrastructure assets.

Director

• Establish DTEX’s first Deals Desk program, defining structure, process, and governance to support a hyper-growth SaaS business
• Provide frameworks and guidance for pricing, discounting, and packaging to protect margin while enabling competitive flexibility
• Define and enforce approval thresholds for non-standard deal terms, ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Partner with Legal to align contracts with company policies, compliance, and risk management requirements
• Work with Finance to ensure contracts comply with ASC 606 and revenue recognition best practices
• Improve workflows between CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems to reduce friction and errors in the sales cycle (quote-to-cash efficiency)
• Implement policies that reduce business risk while maintaining customer satisfaction (governance & risk mitigation)
• Deliver reporting and analysis on deal velocity, discount trends, ASP, and margin impact to guide leadership decisions
• Report directly to the CRO and serve as a key member of the revenue leadership team; partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
• Minimal travel required; attendance at quarterly business reviews and annual planning sessions expected

• Define Global Partner Strategy – Build and execute a global partner strategy that aligns with DTEX’s growth goals, customer base, and go-to-market priorities
• Scale Partner Ecosystem – Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse partner portfolio, including VARs, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), GSIs, MSSPs, and advisory firms
• Hyperscaler & Marketplace Leadership – Own DTEX’s presence in hyperscaler marketplaces (AWS Marketplace and others), driving listings, CPPO/private offers, co-sell mechanics, and joint GTM campaigns
• Partner Program Design – Establish partner tiers, certification paths, deal registration, incentive models, MDF (marketing development funds), and partner operations to scale effectively
• Partner Enablement – Develop sales/technical playbooks, training, demos, and certification programs that empower partners to position, sell, and deliver DTEX solutions independently

• Design, develop, test, document and maintain software modules running on Linux platforms
• Work with other teams to develop new features and integrations between the various software components that comprise of the DTEX solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrations and product enhancements
• Participate in performance tracing, debugging, and troubleshooting in Linux environments
