• Support lease accounting activities across real estate, fleet, and equipment portfolios for multiple entities and regions
• Contribute to the accurate and timely recognition, measurement, and reporting of lease transactions in compliance with IFRS 16 and US GAAP (ASC 842)
• Participate in period‑close processes, preparation of financial disclosures, audit support, and collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure compliance, data integrity, and consistent financial reporting
• Apply IFRS 16 / ASC 842 to initial recognition, remeasurement, and subsequent accounting of leases (ROU assets, lease liabilities, interest, depreciation)

• Managing all Inbound orders from the client supply team in collaboration with the client services team, working on our bespoke procurement system dealing with RFQ’s and PO’s and billing.
• Update the order tracker list with required information to ensure production follow up & process to the job creation under our platform.
• Responsibility for job creation though the existing catalogue, matching the PO request to the estimate approval and PO confirmation to the supplier.
• Check all delivery details are correct – codes / descriptions/ quantities in accordance to the client PO request.

Client Operations Coordinator

• Assist with half-yearly and full-year group tax provisioning (IFRS) with the ongoing development and maintenance of controls under Sarbanes Oxley as well as preparing tax disclosures for UK statutory accounts
