About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage annual salary review processes
  • Review the current bonus framework, identify improvement opportunities, and propose enhancements
  • Prepare and analyze compensation and benchmarking surveys
  • Conduct reporting and data analysis
  • Support the region in projects related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Review, develop, and improve compensation and benefits policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years' experience in Compensation & Benefits / Reward
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Experience in process improvement, optimization, or digitalization
  • Proactive, creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and regional teams
  • Fluency in both English and Hungarian.
