About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and manage annual salary review processes
- Review the current bonus framework, identify improvement opportunities, and propose enhancements
- Prepare and analyze compensation and benchmarking surveys
- Conduct reporting and data analysis
- Support the region in projects related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Review, develop, and improve compensation and benefits policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years' experience in Compensation & Benefits / Reward
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Experience in process improvement, optimization, or digitalization
- Proactive, creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and regional teams
- Fluency in both English and Hungarian.
