About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with site-based HR Business Partners on monthly payroll-related topics, providing support, clarification, and recommendations
- Review and approve payroll payments to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain close communication with the external payroll service provider and resolve payroll-related queries
- Support internal and external HR and payroll audits
- Actively contribute to the review, improvement, and digitalization of payroll processes
- Develop expertise in the reporting functionalities
- Support payroll-related projects
- Management of expatriate assignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in payroll or HR operations
- A process improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
- A creative and proactive approach, with motivation to shape and enhance existing processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with payroll systems
- Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
