Events

• Independently plan, organize and execute our concerts and live events — from concept development through on-site implementation.
• Responsible for budget planning, schedules and production workflows, including monitoring all relevant milestones.
• Coordinate and lead external vendors, partners and venues, including contract negotiations and quality control.
• Create and maintain all project-related documentation such as event dossiers, run sheets, production and safety documents.
• Lead internal project and strategy meetings and collaborate closely with the creative, finance and marketing teams.
• Oversee the entire event management process, including risk assessment and resource planning.
• Take full responsibility for post-event follow-up (reporting, lessons learned, budget closure).
• Contribute to the development of our event formats and help shape new concepts.

Creative Strategist

• As a Senior Creative Strategist (m/f/d), you develop the ideas, angles and concepts behind our paid social ads — with direct impact on ticket sales and growth.
• Analyze target audiences, past winner ads, performance data and customer feedback
• Develop new angles, hooks, scripts, ad concepts and clear creative briefs
• Systematically test and evaluate creatives, and consistently iterate on successful approaches
• Work closely with media buyers, video editors, designers and our existing team
• Keep up with current marketing and platform developments and actively use modern AI tools

Senior Creative Strategist

Manager

• Coordinate recruiting: You manage open roles, keep hiring pipelines up to date, and ensure applications are not left unattended.
• Create and optimize job postings: You write job ads for JOIN and other channels and continuously improve them based on feedback and applicant quality.
• Manage applicant flow: You screen applications, coordinate next steps, and communicate professionally with candidates.
• Organize interviews: You schedule interviews with founders and team leads, prepare meetings, and record feedback and decisions.
• Help build active sourcing: You proactively search for suitable talent and test new methods to attract great people to Dreamlight.
• Build a talent and freelancer pool: You maintain contacts with interesting candidates, freelancers, and potential future team members.
• Structure onboarding: You ensure new employees and freelancers clearly know what they need, whom to contact, and how to get started successfully.
• Coordinate employment contract processes: You gather all relevant information, prepare contracts based on existing templates, and align final versions with management and, if needed, external advisors.
• Improve internal documentation: You organize our wiki, document recurring processes, and make knowledge more accessible.
• Organize people routines: You help structure employee reviews, feedback processes, and team topics.
• Support founders and team leads: You consolidate HR, hiring, and onboarding topics so decisions can be made faster and more clearly.

Talent Manager, 30 hrs/week (m/f/d)

• Eigenständige Planung, Organisation und Durchführung unserer Konzerte und Liveevents - von der Konzeptentwicklung bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort
• Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Zeitpläne und Produktionsabläufe , einschließlich Kontrolle aller relevanten Meilensteine
• Koordination und Führung externer Dienstleister, Partner und Locations , inklusive Vertragsabstimmungen und Qualitätskontrolle
