• Independently plan, organize and execute our concerts and live events — from concept development to on-site implementation.

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop modern, responsive web interfaces based on Next.js

• Server-side logic and implementation of business logic with real business needs in mind

Social Media Manager

• We are looking for someone who will actively build, manage and further develop our organic content strategy.
• You will work closely with the founder and gradually take responsibility for the entire content area.
• Analyze and optimize short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
• Develop new content formats for different event categories.
• Evaluate hooks, retention and overall performance.
• Plan, test and iterate on content.
• Manage and collaborate with UGC creators, content creators/influencers, videographers and editors.
• Brief and commission external creatives (e.g., cutters/editors, designers).
• Establish clear content structures and workflows.
