About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently plan, organize and execute our concerts and live events — from concept development through on-site implementation.
- Responsible for budget planning, schedules and production workflows, including monitoring all relevant milestones.
- Coordinate and lead external vendors, partners and venues, including contract negotiations and quality control.
- Create and maintain all project-related documentation such as event dossiers, run sheets, production and safety documents.
- Lead internal project and strategy meetings and collaborate closely with the creative, finance and marketing teams.
- Oversee the entire event management process, including risk assessment and resource planning.
- Take full responsibility for post-event follow-up (reporting, lessons learned, budget closure).
- Contribute to the development of our event formats and help shape new concepts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in event management, ideally in the live events or concert sector
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills when working with artists, partners and suppliers
- Confident with numbers and familiar with common business and financial metrics and terminology
- High level of initiative, reliability and a structured way of working
- Flexibility, including willingness to work occasional weekends or travel as required
- Passion for pop culture (anime, gaming, K-Pop, etc.) is a plus
