Provide daily administrative and operational support to DREAM’s co-Chief Executive Officers (co-CEOs) and Senior Executive Assistant, including booking travel, ordering materials, and handling personal administrative tasks as needed;
Directly manage complex calendars including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and sending confirmations and reminders;
Coordinate recurring internal meetings and cross-team scheduling needs, including Management Team and Chief Team meetings;
Provide logistical support for meetings and events including reserving space, coordinating refreshments, preparing materials, and ensuring technology set-up;
Support travel logistics such as booking accommodations and transportation;
Assist in processing expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements;
Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting internal communications and presentation materials;
Maintain accurate contact lists and track meeting action items;
Support a variety of day-to-day office operations and assist with special projects as needed;
Report to the Senior Executive Assistant and work closely with senior leaders and the Executive Office team to support organizational operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required;
1 year of relevant administrative or scheduling experience preferred;
Experience in nonprofit or education environments a plus;
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.);
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all tasks;
Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through;

Willingness to work in person typically 5 days a week and occasional evening or weekend work as required.
