Rep Data consists of a group of experienced industry veterans revolutionizing the survey data and sampling process. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will bridge Technology, Product, and Operations to ensure that software initiatives are scoped, planned, and delivered with precision. Oversee project execution for new features, integrations, and enhancements to proprietary tools (Research Desk and Research Defender), drive process improvements, and keep cross-functional teams aligned. Drive end-to-end execution: requirements gathering, sprint planning, status updates, and delivery. Act as central point of coordination across Engineering, Product, and Operations. Translate requirements into project plans with timelines, deliverables, and owners. Track progress, identify risks, and proactively propose solutions. Implement and continuously improve processes for project tracking, reporting, and communication. Ensure technology initiatives align with company priorities including fraud prevention, data quality, and customer success. Serve as the "air traffic controller" for the CTO — help prioritize and manage workload across multiple initiatives. Requirements
4+ years of experience in software/technical project management (SaaS or data-focused products preferred); Strong technical acumen — you don’t need to code, but you can comfortably understand APIs, integrations, and system dependencies; Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management; Exceptional organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment; Strong communication skills — able to explain technical details to non-technical teams and vice versa; A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward; Bonus: experience in market research, data collection, or related industry
