Manage office procurement processes with a strong focus on cost efficiency and vendor optimization.
Provide structured support for reporting and analytics, including review and validation of daily reports in collaboration with the operations team.
Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in collections reporting.
Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Identify errors in processes, correct them, and train staff to prevent recurrence.

Requirements
Proven experience in an operations, service, or retail supervisory role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills; fluency in Russian and English required.
