• **Responsibilities:**
• - Monitor and track overdue accounts, using established protocols to secure timely payments.
• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delinquent accounts, incl. payment arrangements, communications and invoices.
• - Provide exceptional customer service to balance high customer satisfaction with effective collections efforts.
• - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and disputes efficiently.
• - Prepare and provide regular reports on debt collection activities and progress.
• - Adhere to all state and federal collection laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all activities.
