Requirements

What you’ll need

Native/Fluent French speaker
Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
1+ years of experience in a sales role
High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset
Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (shifts of 9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm New York Time)
Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
