About the role

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for personalization and customer engagement features.
  • Translate customer needs into clear, technically feasible product requirements (APIs, data flows, personalization features).
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify trends and validate product ideas.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Ensure product delivery using agile/SCRUM practices, managing backlog and sprint planning.
  • Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate based on data insights.
  • Partner closely with backend engineers, data teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, impactful personalization features.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or marketing technology.
  • Strong knowledge of customer engagement platforms, personalization technologies, or marketing automation concepts.
  • Solid technical expertise – able to discuss APIs, data models, integration challenges, and backend systems with engineers.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, agile teams in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to switch between technical and business contexts.
