Support Engineer

• Provide customer support for Acoustic products including:
• Responding to inbound customer phone, chat, web, and email inquiries.
• Listening to customer needs and concerns.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting of technical and product issues.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions.
• Providing guidance & best practice recommendations on product related issues.
• Escalate relevant cases to L3/Engineering teams with appropriate input information and maintain ownership of through resolution.
• Collaborating with internal Acoustic teams (engineering, devops, customer success) as needed.
• Follow Acoustic guidelines and processes for case handling.
• Deliver excellent customer service by effectively utilizing soft skills and maintaining a positive working relationship between Acoustic and its customers and partners.
• Develop understanding and become certified on Acoustic software products.
• Observe trends in customer cases, identify areas of improvement, or initiate proactive measures.
• Assist with other reasonable duties as may be required being adaptable to ever changing business needs.
• Rotating shift work is required. Includes weekend and holiday on-call rotation.

Account Executive

• Successfully complete all sales enablement programs to develop a detailed understanding of Acoustic’s offerings (Software and Services) to deliver differentiated value propositions and solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct high volume outbound activity to cultivate engaged new customer pipeline throughout targeted high priority verticals.
• Collaborate effectively across the business to optimize leads from marketing to drive appropriate funnel coverage to realize sales targets.
• Drive a proven discovery process with prospects to gain a full understanding of their current challenges and goals to develop/propose solutions that deliver value and create differentiated solutions.
• Collaborate with the solutions team to deliver tailored technical demonstrations that address client challenges and goals.
• Take the lead role in delivering and negotiating contracts, working closely with sales management, finance, legal and deal desk teams.
• Leverage the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) as a sales accelerator to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Account Manager

• Own a portfolio of mid-market B2C marketing customers, focusing on growth, renewal, and long-term success.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s goals, KPIs, and engagement strategies to proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions to highlight value, adoption trends, and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain detailed account plans, using CRM tools to track health, opportunity status, and expansion potential.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly growth and retention goals.

Accounting Manager

• Manage and lead the month-end close process including preparation and/or review of journal entries and reconciliations, with a focus on prepaids, payroll costs, and accrued expenses
• Perform monthly fluctuations analysis and ensure all material outliers or unusual entries and balances are investigated and explained
• Prepare internal flash and financial reporting (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flows)
• Assist with preparation of annual external, audited financial statements and footnotes prepared in accordance with US GAAP
• Assist with annual tax compliance and FS audits by preparing pertinent accounting schedules or analysis to support account balances
• Participate and contribute to potential ERP migrations or implementations
• Work with and support internal team members, including FP&A on accuracy of certain account coding, expense accruals, and P&L classifications
• Help with maintenance of accounting policies, internal controls, and documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations

Content Marketing Manager

• Partner with the CMO and marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that fuels demand generation and campaign performance
• Plan, write, and optimize email campaigns and nurture sequences that convert leads, re-engage audiences, and accelerate opportunities
• Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Operations Analyst on email scheduling, segmentation strategy, and A/B testing
• Strategize and write webinar content, including abstracts, presentation decks, talk tracks, and promotional copy
• Create high-impact campaign assets — ad copy, landing pages, case studies, and product content — that support pipeline growth
• Produce thought-leadership materials (ebooks, trend reports, and blog posts) that reinforce Acoustic’s position as a leader in multichannel customer engagement
• Collaborate with demand gen, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with buyer personas, ICP segments, and funnel stages
• Use data and engagement metrics to continuously test, learn, and improve content performance
• Maintain and manage a content and email calendar aligned to key launches, market moments, and demand gen programs
• Support social and digital marketing efforts, helping extend reach and reinforce campaign themes across all owned channels
• Contribute to web and digital experience optimization, ensuring all content supports conversion and engagement goals

Consultant

• Serve as a thought leader by leveraging strategic marketing expertise to define best practices and deliver high-impact content, such as presentations, webinars, reports, and business cases, to stakeholders across all levels, including the C-suite.
• Provide consultative advice to improve customers’ digital marketing campaigns and streamline operations.
• Offer expert guidance on marketing campaign best practices and Acoustic Connect product utilization.
• Deliver high-quality, strategic consulting engagements around Acoustic Connect in diverse customer environments.
• Scope and lead both packaged services and custom consulting engagements simultaneously.
• Create reusable materials and templates for internal and external use.
• Represent Acoustic at industry events, both in-person and online.
• Oversee strategic program delivery by aligning project initiatives with business goals, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable outcomes across complex, multi-phase engagements.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of product issues, including problem identification, solution planning, and customer updates.
• Provide consistent deliverability reviews, guidance, and support via scheduled and ad-hoc customer calls.
• Ensure project alignment with Acoustic Connect Services standards and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales on new and existing opportunities, influencing renegotiations when needed.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and custom solutions.
• Create standalone consulting proposals and contribute to formal RFP responses.
• Achieve basic certification within 30 days and professional certification within 90 days of hire.
• Become a subject matter expert in at least one Acoustic product, including Acoustic Connect.
• Develop a strategic understanding of Acoustic Connect and Services methodologies for customer engagements.
• Continuously improve consulting practices and internal processes, including service offering development.
• Promote knowledge sharing across the Services team, and wider organization.
• Comply with all people and security policies.
• Meet billable and customer utilization targets as defined by management.
• This role involves close collaboration with key departmental and project stakeholders across the organization, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels. While the position does not include formal supervisory responsibilities, the Senior Consultant will mentor and support junior team members. The role is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and time spent at Acoustic’s London office. Occasional travel may be required but will not exceed 20%.

Senior Support Engineer

QA Engineer

• Operate the testing team under QA rules and **emphasize open communication with other teammates**.
• **Develop and execute automated test cases at different levels of the testing pyramid using Java, JavaScript, or Typescript.**
• Expand and maintain current automation frameworks and seek ways to enhance reliability, speed, and efficiency.
• Monitor automated test results and address failures with the framework or code.
• Work with engineers to clearly define test specifications and scenarios.
• Actively contribute to new solutions for AWS testing (such as Lambdas, S3 Buckets, etc.).
• Update the team and management on progress.
• Advocate and promote quality assurance practices within a cross-functional team.
• Be open to and unafraid of manual testing when required.

Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
