Own core finance processes including forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Partner with leaders across the business to explain trends, highlight risks, and uncover opportunities that drive smarter decisions.
Build and maintain financial tools and metrics (e.g., utilization rates, non-billable hours, KPIs) that translate data into actionable insights.
Support operations by managing invoicing, accounts receivable, payroll, and commission tracking with accuracy and accountability.
Create impactful presentations and reports that help senior leaders connect financial results to business outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating processes, suggesting efficiencies, and helping scale finance practices as the company grows.
Engage in company-wide initiatives—from training and learning sessions to culture-building activities—reflecting people-first values.
Additional duties: contribute to internal initiatives, training programs, participate in company-wide meetings and culture/team building efforts, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field—experience in a small to mid-sized company is a plus.
Strong Excel skills (advanced preferred).
Comfort learning new systems quickly.
Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and U.S. GAAP principles.
