Use data and recruiting metrics to monitor pipeline health, assess candidate quality, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Work closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and teams across Engineering, Machine Learning, Product, Sales, and Marketing to understand hiring needs, shape hiring strategies, and coach stakeholders on best practices.
Stay informed on industry trends and talent market shifts to proactively adjust sourcing and hiring strategies.

Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with exposure to global hiring in technology, ad tech, gaming, or mobile performance industries.
Proven success hiring for technical and commercial roles in fast-paced, high-growth, or scale-up environments.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute creative, effective sourcing strategies from scratch.
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting recruiting metrics.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal and executive-level communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse), and recruiting best practices.
