About the role

  • Collaborate with product managers, user researchers, content strategists, engineers, and other designers on product direction and delivery in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Consider how design supports the company objectives , product vision and team’s goals.
  • Clearly communicate and represent the user's perspective at every level, including accessibility, usability, demographic, persona, and overall user experience.
  • Transform insights and requirements into experiences that feel intentional to diverse audiences.
  • Support the facilitation of workshops leveraging design thinking methods for collaboration, prioritization, and brainstorming.
  • Understand the importance of User Research and Data Science to define what qualitative and quantitative data will be important in your work.
  • Partner with those teams throughout the design and development process, becoming familiar with different data collection techniques and adapt work based on data analysis.
  • Create detailed user flows, product maps, wireframes, high fidelity visuals, etc. based on requirements from Product Management and communicate UX clearly to relevant teams.
  • Understand and incorporate complex regulatory, business, and technical requirements to maintain privacy, accountability, and user control.
  • Utilize our design system and best practices into your product design process.
  • Partner with the Design System Team in implementation and evolution of the system.
  • Prototype user journeys and flows for user research.
  • Share early and often, gather and provide constructive feedback, and quickly iterate on designs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a product designer working on cross-functional teams releasing consumer or enterprise products.
  • Experience with quick decision-making and rapid iteration.
  • The ability to break down problems and work within constraints.
  • Experience designing high-quality digital products with significant business and technical complexity.
  • A track record of aligning to design systems, complying with accessibility, and anticipating translations.
  • A growth-mindset and love of learning.
  • You’re open and receptive to feedback and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep curiosity around current products, trends, software, platforms, and hardware.
  • Experience with Figma, and prototyping tools.
  • A portfolio of work containing case studies showcasing how you frame problems, act on insights, and design best-in-class digital product experiences.
  • Experience with the complexity of designing for various sports is a plus.
  • Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements: Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency; licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
