About the role
- Act as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams—tracking timelines, aligning expectations, and spotting challenges early
- Plan, track, and manage projects across the full life cycle
- Work with creative, strategy, and account teams to align on priorities
- Monitor status and provide clear, consistent updates
- Anticipate roadblocks and proactively offer solutions
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure next steps are documented and actionable
- Quality check deliverables for accuracy and completeness before they go out
- Organize and maintain project files so nothing gets lost in the shuffle
Requirements
- 1+ years of agency experience
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp is a plus)
- Detail-obsessed and highly organized
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and collaborative
- Bonus: production experience
- Must be currently living in the Boise area or willing to relocate to Boise
