• Execute and optimize media buys across Social, Programmatic Display, Native, Streaming/CTV, and Out-of-Home channels
• Partner with third-party Out-of-Home vendors on placements, avails, and recommendations

Digital & Linear Media Specialist

• Execute trafficking of traditional media assets across print, linear TV, broadcast audio, outdoor, and out-of-home channels.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of media specifications by channel and communicate directly with regional media vendors
• Contribute print media impressions and cost data to reporting dashboards
• Proofread and quality check artwork and creative assets before delivery
• Review trafficking specifications to ensure deliverables are accurate and clearly communicated
• Participate in quality assurance processes before and after campaign launches
• Request and track proof of performance, including affidavits, screenshots, outdoor POPs, and tearsheets
• Collaborate with the finance team on pre-billing tracking, reconciliation, campaign pacing, balance sheet management, and invoice follow-up
• Maintain the media team’s internal project tracking system (ClickUp) and coordinate workflow with project managers

Media Coordinator

• Build and maintain media plans, media flows, and campaign strategies for client initiatives.
• Own the organization and maintenance of planning documents, budget breakdowns, timelines, reconciliation sheets, and related materials.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure plans, placements, budgets, audiences, and tactics align with approved strategies.
• Assist with media research, audience insights, competitive analysis, benchmarks, and market trends.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication across Media, Account Services, Project Management, Analytics, Finance, and Buying teams.

• Ensure seamless execution of integrated productions from kickoff through delivery.
• Assist with production logistics, schedules, timelines, and vendor coordination
• Help manage post-production workflows including edit tracking, deliverables, reviews, and approvals
