Account Executive

• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through frequent site visits, demos, and solution consultations.
• Act as a technical resource and sales consultant for customers across various technologies.
• Understand project-specific needs and propose tailored equipment or service solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations and user onboarding sessions at client sites or remotely.
• Proactively track customer experience, satisfaction, and ongoing needs to anticipate future requirements.
• Collaborate closely with outside sales, field engineers, and vendor representatives to ensure successful integration of equipment into project workflows.
• Stay current on evolving industry technology trends and serve as an internal advisor on implementation strategies.

Inside Sales Representative – Field Solutions

Manager

• Implement DPR’s environmental health and safety plan (EHSP) and related programs at assigned construction project(s)/business units
• Work with our project management team and our subcontractors to recognize and address potential hazards before they exist
• Ensure compliance with our EHSP utilizing behavior-based safety techniques
• Lead and live DPR’s injury-free environment culture
• Shepherd and develop career path safety coordinator(s)
• Lead pre-qualification processes between DPR and its subcontractors
• Coach DPR/sub management on safety leadership and management practices
• Provide trending analysis for project/ regional data on a weekly, monthly and/or quarterly basis
• Foster the development of safety programs and protocols
• Develop and blend site-specific safety plan(s) that incorporates both DPR’s and our core market customers’ safe work practices
• Assist with the continual development of new methods for abating hazards
• Perform regular jobsite safety audits of worksite activities
• Share findings, corrective actions and corrective plans with DPR project management
• Help monitor the subcontractor selection process and adherence to established environmental safety and health guidelines
• Measure team engagement regarding safety management practices
• Maintain regional safety files such as safety training documentation, applicable medical certifications, environmental testing, investigation reports and other safety and health documentation

Safety Manager

• Participation and application of DPR’s Environmental Health and Safety Plan
• Management of all project team members (senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators)
• Mentor, develop, and train project engineers
• 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope
• Cost control/billings/collections/change management/cash flows/monthly status reports
• Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team
• Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results
• Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects
• Coordinate with the SPW Preconstruction team and give feedback on status of project financials
• Ability to learn AGTEK Gradeworks and basic Autodesk Civil 3D
