About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee multiple Craft Training programs and ensure success of their sustained deployment across the enterprise
  • Align program goals with long-term goals of the organization
  • Drive consistency and efficiency in program design, development and deployment
  • Scale current programs while identifying new program scopes to build out and manage
  • Develop a structured framework for managing multiple concurrent interdependent craft training projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues
  • Execute centralized coordinated management of program components
  • Measure program effectiveness on a regular basis to ensure ROI
  • Lead development and implementation of program planning
  • Leverage stakeholders for feedback and buy-in on proposed program changes or enhancements
  • Ensure high integration with People Practices, SPW Leadership and Field Teams
  • Supervise and provide direction for a team of coordinators, facilitators, field leaders and SMEs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a functional area of People Practices (e.g. Talent Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development), Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or a related field
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with craft training program design, management and/or deployment
  • Construction industry experience is preferred
  • Experience with learning data, reporting, and analytics, including the ability to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve program effectiveness
  • Experience partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and People Operations services to develop and deliver workforce solutions is a plus
  • Knowledge of current DPR Craft Training Programs
  • Hold active Training Credentials as required and have knowledge of craft training program requirements
