💰 $75,000 - $130,000 per year
About the role
- 100% new business sales role reporting directly to the Director of Sales
- Build relationships, sell consultatively, think strategically, and drive results
- Drive new business sales and grow RLL®’s presence in the multifamily market
- Sell to key multifamily decision makers including C-suite leaders
- Cultivate and manage relationships with insurance partners and brokers
- Travel for trade shows, customer visits, and market expansion events
- Obtain required insurance license shortly after onboarding (support provided)
Requirements
- Drive new business sales, cultivate key relationships, and grow RLL®’s presence
- Sell directly to the appropriate key multifamily decision makers, including C-suite leaders
- Cultivate insurance partner relationships to position RLL as a solution to their existing multifamily clients’ needs
- Travel to trade shows, customer visits, and other events to expand market reach
- Obtain an insurance license shortly after onboarding (support provided)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; or proven sales experience
- 3+ years of new business development and/or consultative sales experience
- Preferred: Experience in insurance or multifamily sales a plus
- Fun, personable, and approachable; natural problem-solver and strategist; comfortable meeting new people and building trust; empathetic
