About the role
- Responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of Adobe’s Digital Marketing product lines
- Work with Adobe’s largest customers across the Travel and Hospitality industry
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and craft strategic account plans
- Software solution selling capabilities and direct, face-to-face contact with customers
- Build relationships at all levels, focusing on c-suite and navigating customer organizations
- Guide customers to successful starts with Adobe and expand realized value from solutions
- Create multi-year vision and strategy for business grounded in value
- Proactively identify and achieve path to sales plan and meet sales quota
- Lead and orchestrate Adobe's Ecosystem and Partners to drive outcomes
- Manage large sales processes internally and identify/lead collaboration with external partners
- Build strong account plans and maintain rolling 4Q pipeline, collaborate with support organizations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7+ years with proven track record selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and brands or lines of business in large enterprise organizations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, optimally partnering with other Adobe teams including Sales, Support, Engineering, Product & Marketing
- Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS within the Travel & Hospitality space
- Validated Sales Excellence and creative, problem-solving approach
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels with a focus on c-suite
- Experience managing large, sophisticated sales processes involving legal, deal desk, product marketing, product support & engineering
- Experience identifying and working with external 3rd parties including tech partners and system integrators
