Own and deliver annual global bookings targets across products and services.
Lead, structure, and scale the global Sales organization, including channel/distribution strategy, talent acquisition and development, and operational excellence.
Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing international sales team with a culture of accountability and success.
Oversee and expand strategic customer relationships, while managing and growing the global sales pipeline.
Direct and manage distributor and channel partner relationships to maximize reach and performance.
Establish and Influence best-in-class practices for forecasting, quoting, and sales process management.
Partner with Customer Success and Services leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with Marketing to align inbound lead generation with outbound sales enablement strategies.
Identify and develop new revenue-generating services and partnerships.
Requirements
significant sales experience with at least 10+ years successful experience in leading sales teams focused on scientific tools and/ or software
at least 5+ years in a senior leadership position (VP or Sr Director equivalent)
a degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Protein Science, Biology, Chemical Engineering or similar Life Sciences education
Proven ability to manage and inspire a geographically dispersed, high-performing sales organization
Deep knowledge of the biopharma industry, including development processes, workflows, IT ecosystems, and purchasing behaviors
Build trust and long-term partnerships by understanding clients’ needs
Follow a best-in-class enterprise sales framework to create a repeatable, scalable success model
Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, external partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive sustained growth
