About the role
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to drive adoption and results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, questions, and issue resolution.
- Define project goals, milestones, and success metrics with clients.
- Partner with Sales to develop win strategies for renewals and upsells.
- Support Sales in pre-sales enablement and product positioning.
- Ensure smooth handoffs from Sales to Post-Sales for all new clients.
- Lead project implementation, scoping, documentation, and planning with internal teams.
- Track progress, budgets, and risks, proactively communicating updates to clients and teams.
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver on client goals and remove roadblocks.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure client goals are accurately translated into deliverables and technical solutions.
- Deliver feedback and field insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap improvement.
- Support clients with configuration troubleshooting and product walkthroughs.
- Deliver clear product demos and user-enablement sessions.
Requirements
- 4+ years in account management, client success, or project delivery (ideally in SaaS or AI/tech-enabled products).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage conversations with customers, both technical and non-technical in nature
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive problem solver.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint (or Google Slides) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, or similar).
