• Oversee day-to-day email and SMS campaign operations, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery.

• Oversee CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and CCPA compliance across templates, data handling, and unsubscribe processes.
• Manage domain-level configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) in partnership with Tech Ops.

• Support and execute the conversion marketing strategy across PEOPLE onsite and in-app marketing.

• Assist with contracts and compensation for a network of independent contractors
• Oversee contracts and tax forms for several digital and print brands and divisions

This includes verifying photography information; compiling a list of all source information and costs for photography, illustrations, and manuscripts; sending out complimentary copies to all contributors; and maintaining issue files.
• Provides support for editors and designers on magazines published within the People Inc Premium Publishing, BHG and MWL departments.
