About the role
- Oversee daily operations of the spa facility including customer service, scheduling, and employee management
- Ensure high standards in guest satisfaction and spa services
- Deliver and promote Spa programs and services and maximize sales of Spa products
- Maintain and implement the Quality Standards of Domes Resorts for the SPA
- Create action plans to achieve desirable revenues
- Act as a role model and set standards of professionalism for spa staff
- Motivate, encourage, train the team and maintain correct level of professional personnel
- Ensure and monitor cleanliness and hygiene of spa facilities
- Produce monthly spa financial reports
- Cooperate with Marketing to organize marketing and sales plans for the Spa
- Perform duties with a professional and friendly business attitude
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite
- Working experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- Specialized training on spa treatments
- Excellent background in training and staff development
- Fluent in the English language
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows
- Strong personality, team work spirit
- High communication, verbal, organizational and managerial skills
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond
- Strong work ethic
