• Oversee daily operations of the spa facility including customer service, scheduling, and employee management
• Ensure high standards in guest satisfaction and spa services
• Deliver and promote Spa programs and services and maximize sales of Spa products
• Maintain and implement the Quality Standards of Domes Resorts for the SPA
• Create action plans to achieve desirable revenues
• Act as a role model and set standards of professionalism for spa staff
• Motivate, encourage, train the team and maintain correct level of professional personnel
• Ensure and monitor cleanliness and hygiene of spa facilities
• Produce monthly spa financial reports
• Cooperate with Marketing to organize marketing and sales plans for the Spa
• Perform duties with a professional and friendly business attitude
