Work under the ERP Manager to ensure Workday Supply Chain systems meet business needs
Configure Workday modules including Procurement and Inventory, in collaboration with domain partners
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting; triage tickets per SLAs
Independently troubleshoot issues; communicate resolutions to end users
Support organizational change initiatives related to Workday implementations or upgrades
Lead or participate in projects; attend meetings to monitor progress
Lead internal controls and audits related to Supply Chain and ERP
Stay current with industry trends and Workday releases; continuous learning
Perform other duties as assigned; comply with policies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Associates Computer Science or High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years ERP configuration experience, preferably Workday
Minimum 3 years IT experience in a healthcare or related industry
Certifications required upon hire (all certifications required unless otherwise stated)
Experience configuring Workday modules including Procurement and Inventory, in collaboration with domain partners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Ability to multi-task, complete assigned tasks independently with little to no guidance with close attention to detail, and ability to offer extensive guidance to other team members
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions in the Workday platform
Willingness to stay current with industry trends and Workday releases
