About the role
- Retain and grow client revenue by delivering exceptional value through Dodge’s solutions
- Actively grow revenue within assigned accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Identify high-impact opportunities and engage key decision-makers and influencers
- Attain deep knowledge of Dodge’s product suite and articulate solution value
- Conduct discovery and consultative selling to align solutions with client objectives
- Serve as primary post-sale client contact and manage onboarding and continued engagement
- Maintain and execute an expansion pipeline; forecast expansion revenue and meet growth targets
- Document activities, insights, and opportunities in CRM; deliver timely reports and forecasts
- Represent Dodge professionally and foster long-term client relationships built on trust
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in consultative and solution-based selling (60 months)
- Preferably experience within data, analytics, or technology solutions
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets
- Proven ability to operate in a multi-priority, fast paced environment
- Proficient in Salesforce with strong understanding of opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and order processing
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience delivering client-facing presentations via Teams, Webex, or similar virtual platforms
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
- Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proven customer management skills
- Willingness to travel 40-50%
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
- Background check required after a conditional job offer
- Preferred: self-starter, intuitive, curious, confident, tenacious; knowledge of commercial construction
