About the role

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations of home improvement products and services
  • Present professionally and demonstrate knowledge of company offerings
  • Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business
  • Deliver exceptional experience from first meeting to post-sale follow-up
  • Travel to customer homes (may require driving up to 80+ miles one way)
  • Deliver presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments to match homeowner availability

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales (preferred)
  • Comfortable using iPad-based applications (preferred)
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure (preferred)
  • Proven ability to exceed performance targets (preferred)
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship
