About the role

  • As the Growth & Alliances Strategist, you’ll be the bridge between partnerships, marketing/brand, and top of funnel sales initiatives - keeping executive engagement for new opportunities alive, relationships warm, and our thought leadership visible. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure the right opportunities move forward, our presence in the market expands and our partnership delivers measurable impact.
  • Increase engagement velocity by ensuring every opportunity in our pipeline is warm and moving toward conversion.
  • Manage CRM updates, keep pipeline clean and current, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support top-of-funnel outreach and nurture early stage opportunities into active deals.
  • Coordinate compelling partner marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent touchpoints with 4 partners (OpenAI, Anthropic, MS, and Snowflake).
  • Drive outreach and research for the Distyl Dialogues series and Ignite. Coordinate calls for papers, conference submissions, and speaking opportunities at major events like NeurIPS, CubeCon.
  • Ensure Distyl’s brand presence at events feels world-class and strategically aligned with our growth goals.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively connect dots across brand, events, partnerships, and business development.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups for key strategic initiatives.
  • Prep leadership with relevant context, talking points, and opportunities ahead of key meetings.
  • Our CRM is clean, current, and adapted as a source of truth for opportunity management (and used for future investor meetings).
  • All opps in “Engage” are warm with a path to “Capture”.
  • Leadership is consistently prepped and two steps ahead in all partnership meetings.
  • Partnerships and brand moments feel seamless and coordinated, including partner marketing assets and other deliverables.
  • We’re three steps ahead in CFPs and don’t miss key industry opportunities to speak, attend, or engage with the right Distyl folks at the right events.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales enablement, partnerships, strategic events, or growth operations.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms.
  • Proven relationship builder with a knack for keeping conversations warm and moving forward.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and committed to follow through.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow into a bigger strategic role.
