About the role

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for which carriers and retailers to partner with
  • Own hunting and farming of accounts to acquire and onboard new carrier partners
  • Grow and develop Distribusion’s network of bus, rail, and public transport operators across Brazil
  • Own end-to-end sales process: prospecting, lead generation, pitching, CRM maintenance
  • Be proactive to secure new carriers on the platform
  • Develop carrier portfolio and expand business across Brazil
  • Support cross-selling of products and services to transport operators (White-Labels, BI tools, Mobile Booking Solutions)
  • Build and maintain relationships with Carrier partners
  • Leverage data analysis to understand partner performance and identify opportunities within global retail network
  • Work closely with tech, product, retail, and finance teams to ensure smooth integration, ramp-up, and ongoing operations
  • Report into the commercial team in Brazil and collaborate with global stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience
  • Experience at a high-growth company preferred (technology/software, travel agency, transportation, logistics advantageous)
  • Highly interested in sales and partner management
  • Capacity to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
  • Strong networking mentality and ability to build sustainable relationships
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ownership and responsibility for own area
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
  • Some international exposure working with global teams at a high-performance job
  • Driven, ambitious, and willing to get hands-on
