About the role

  • Creative Strategist – key driver of Disruptive Advertising’s creative services, partnering with account managers, media strategists, designers, and clients to shape campaigns across Meta, Google, email, and web.
  • Translate client goals into innovative creative strategies, ensuring brand consistency while leading development of high-quality deliverables on time and within scope.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment; spark ideas from research and testing insights, manage production, and bring concepts to life that fuel client growth.
  • Lead conversations, build trust, and motivate clients and teammates with enthusiasm, empathy, and action-oriented leadership.
  • Manage a $16–20k monthly book of business across ~11–13 clients.
  • Set quarterly and monthly creative strategy aligned to client marketing and business goals.
  • Source or produce assets as needed, including UGC via external partners; occasionally create quick-turn Figma assets.
  • Own client communication, including monthly performance readouts, learnings, and next-step plans.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or design-related fields.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (experience with Klaviyo is a plus).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills (Asana experience preferred).
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and guide creative execution.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies, including AI tools (e.g., VEO 3, Sora, ChatGPT).
  • Advanced proficiency in design and editing software.
  • Data analysis skills to evaluate performance and inform strategy using tools like SuperAds.
  • Brand strategy expertise UX/UI knowledge to oversee website optimization initiatives.
  • A strong problem solver managing change and creating innovation while controlling the big picture.
  • Comfortable with risk and be a socially poised and motivating team builder.
  • Be results oriented and analytical with a drive for change.
  • Exceptional listener and strong communicator; able to resolve concerns well.
  • Able to influence clients and internal teams alike; build community and gain trust with others quickly.
  • Lead and engage with team members authentically to garner buy-in and create a high trust environment.
