About the role
- Lead creative strategy across briefs, collaborating with social creative teams, clients, and media partners.
- Build social-first ideas and strategies that resonate in MENA.
- Turn insights into campaign platforms with legs.
- Drive the thinking in client relationships, workshops, and pitches.
- Partner with media and platform teams to align on idea placements and build plans and messaging matrices.
- Push creative teams to go braver, bolder, better.
- Analyse performance, track impact, and iterate constantly.
Requirements
- 5+ years in top-tier creative or social agencies.
- Proven record in shaping cross-channel campaigns spanning ATL / BTL / digital / social.
- Experience leading campaign planning with platforms, media agencies and other creative agencies.
- Strong, simple, smart writing; grabbing attention and driving impact.
- Confidence presenting to senior clients.
- A feel for brand + performance and how to bridge the two.
- Fluent Arabic & English (writing + speaking).
- Arabic-speaking, with on-the-ground experience and deep understanding of regional cultural norms and nuances.
- Ability to dig deep on consumer research, analyse data and identify market trends.
- Thrive in pitch rooms, idea sprints, workshops and client meetings.
- Saudi experience preferred; awards an advantage.
